The Performance Health Care Committee is hosting a live Q&A panel discussion today at 2:15pm Central during the convention to address common questions surrounding performing arts health and the flute. Are you a college student passionate about performing arts health and interested in bringing performing arts health education opportunities and information to your school? Had a great week at the @bodymappingeducation conference in North Carolina! A few months ago, I was interviewed by Isabel Jackson from @polyphony_magazine about the impacts of perfectionism and performance anxiety after performances.
